| We carried out mystery shopping projects at five Swiss underwear retail suppliers. The tests have been carried out on the topics shop, staff and service. In addition, Mystery Shoppers created four ranking lists on the subjects welcome, counselling, product range and determined in which shop they would have made their purchase. |
