| We carried out Mystery Shopping projects in nine watch and jewellery shops in the cities/regions of Basel, Bern, Lucerne and Zurich. |

| The tests have been carried on two topics: shop (shop window, appearance) and staff (reception, consultation/sale and leave). |

| In addition, Mystery Shoppers created five ranking lists on the subjects ambience and staff and determined in which shop they would have made their purchase. |

| The tests serve as example to show how we run and assess Mystery Shopping. Such tests can be easily adapted to your specific needs and carried out in any other industry (e.g. finance, insurance, healthcare, tourism). |
